We keep waitlist information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above — generally until Zobi TV launches and you either become a subscriber (covered by a separate policy at that point) or ask us to delete your details. We periodically review and remove information we no longer need.

No matter where you are joining us from, you have the right to:

• Delete your information from our waitlist at any time

08Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may use minimal, essential cookies required for the website and waitlist form to work correctly. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in future, we will update this section and provide clear consent options.

09Children and minors

This website and waitlist are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us so we can remove it.

10Complaints

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your personal information, please contact us first at hello@zobitv.com so we can try to resolve it directly.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may also raise a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Australia, this is the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au.

11Changes to this policy

As Zobi TV grows — including when we launch our streaming service and introduce subscriptions — this policy will be reviewed and updated. We will always update the "last updated" date above, and we'll let waitlist members know by email if we make any material changes.
